As founder of the ISH, Ms. Lim works tirelessly to provide services to both her orchestra and her community. From making snacks to conducting ensembles, she can do it all! We are so blessed to have Ms. Lim on our team, and she is grateful to work with such talented musicians.
SHANNON CHENG
Principal Violinist
Shannon is a sophomore at Arcadia High school and this is her first year of ISH. She loves traveling, having picnics, and baking treats in her free time. Shannon especially enjoys the creative and welcoming atmosphere of ISH!
TIFFANY CAI
Violinist
Tiffany is a sophomore at Temple City High School and this is her second year in ISH. She loves playing volleyball and listening to music. Her favorite aspect of ISH isn’t just playing music, but the creativity involved as well.
ALEX FANG
Violinist
Alex is a junior at Arcadia High School and this is his first year of ISH. He enjoys running for cross country and track and loves watching horror movies. His favorite part of ISH is how close-knit it is and the sense of community it provides.
SALA YU
Violist
Sala is a junior at Arcadia High School, and this is her first year in ISH. She enjoys making and viewing art in her free time, and loves the out-of-the-box concept of ISH!
NOAH SHIFTER
Violist
Noah is a sophomore at Temple City High School and this is his first year in ISH. When he's not playing viola, he likes to write for the school newspaper and fence saber.
NATAN LONG
Cellist
Natan is a junior at Arcadia High School and this is his first year of ISH. He plays volleyball and loves listening to music in his spare time. His favorite part about ISH is the dynamic and fun environment that it provides.
JOAQUIN HARO
Cellist
Joaquin is a sophomore at Temple City High School and this is his second year in ISH. Not only is he in ISH, but also his school’s honors orchestra and PYSO. He also enjoys running cross country, swimming, and cooking.

Bassist
Allison is a freshman at Temple City High School and this is her second year in ISH. She loves to swim and make graphic designs. She is super excited to be in ISH this year and knows it'll be a lot of fun!

TERENCE MUI
Principal Violinist &Â Hospitality Manager
Terence is a senior at Gabrielino High School, and this is his fourth year at ISH. He plays violin, but he also dabbles in piano and viola. His only weakness is boba. Terence's quiet leadership makes him a great fit for our concertmaster position!
KATHERINE OJIRI
Violinist & Librarian
Katherine is a senior at Alhambra High School and this is her fourth year of ISH. She likes to listen to music and talk about pineapples. Katherine brings her laugh to every rehearsal, and her organization is impeccable!
DOROTHY CHEN
Violinist
Dorothy is a sophomore at Maranatha High School, and this is her first year at ISH. In addition to violin, she competes in robotics competitions and plays volleyball. Her insightful comments are of much value to our orchestra!

Tiffany is a freshman at Temple City High School, and this is her first year in ISH. Besides music, she loves playing volleyball and serving her community as a Girl Scout. Tiffany is a valuable addition to our violin section!
GILBERT CAI
Principal Violist & Treasurer
Gilbert is a senior at Temple City High School, and this is his fourth year at ISH. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball and painting. We can always count on him to come up with crazy ideas—his creativity is unparalleled!
OWEN SU
Violist
Owen is an eighth grader at Oak Avenue Intermediate, and this is his first year in the ISH. He likes to sleep and he has an amazing personality. Props to him for his musical achievements!
SEAN TSUI
Principal Cellist & Historian
Sean is a senior at Temple City High School, and this is his first year at ISH. He enjoys performing cello, but he also participates in photography and plays mallet percussion for the Tournament of Roses. We're grateful to have Sean with us this year!
SAMANTHA WU
Cellist & Media Designer/Editor
Samantha is a senior at Maranatha High School, and this is her third year at ISH. She enjoys reading, designing, and nerding out in her free time. Even though she took a gap year from ISH last season, we still love her dearly!

Joaquin is a freshman at Temple City High School, and this is his first year in the ISH. He plays in multiple orchestras and enjoys swimming and running cross country in his free time. Joaquin's ever-present smile and dedication to music are much appreciated!
ALLISON PAN
Bassist
Allison is an eighth grader at Oak Avenue Intermediate, and this is her first year at ISH. Although she's only been playing bass for a year, she learns quickly and is always ready to perform her heart out! She loves to be super loud, and her hobbies include swimming and acting. We're lucky to have her on our team!

Confidence is a seventh grader at Jefferson Middle School, and this is her first year at ISH. She enjoys drawing and writing when she isn't practicing her instrument. As her name suggests, Confidence is a bass powerhouse!
